Our staff has over 20 years experience working with and designing machines such as those for the oil and gas industry using stainless steel for highly corrosive chemicals and acids.
Short List of Processes and Parts
CNC Milling
Using any material from 7000 series alum to hardened 410 SS including engineered material like Delrin and UHMW and many others.
CNC Punch/Laser cut
Any sheet metal process including press break, welding, finishing, and any assemblies.
Tube Bending
Fabrication of hollow tubing of chosen shapes, profiles, and bends.
Welding
Tig, Mig, arc, and other welding processes as needed.
Finishing
Anodizing of aluminum in any color, galvanizing, zinc or chrome plating after welding and processing.
Assemblies
Small or large assemblies
Micro-controller
Automation of some projects using micro-cotrollers. This saves you time and money on projects that allow the use for such technologies as opposed to the traditional PLC/HMI works (HWL).
Motion Control
Along with the automation services we have extensive experience using motion control and other CNC (equivalent) applications.
Mechanial Components
Ball bearings, linear bearings, special fasteners, clamps, carbide, graphite, and other specialty mechanical components for your machines.
